Beyonce Knowles has become the new face of Pepsi in a reported $50 million deal. The singer will front Pepsi’s Live for Now campaign as well as appear on a limited edition run of Pepsi cans.
She’s been involved with the soft drinks giant since 2012 but this current deal is the biggest yet.
Beyonce said: “Pepsi embraces creativity and understands that artists evolve. As a businesswoman, this allows me to work with a lifestyle brand with no compromise and without sacrificing my creativity.”
Beyonce will be performing at the 2013 Super Bowl half time show in February which is sponsored by Pepsi, while her advert for the brand will air for the first time during the famous sporting event.
As part of the deal, Pepsi will also sponsor f her concerts and help to promote her fifth studio album. Now that’s what I call a sweet deal.
