Day 4 of Body Reset Diet:
Day 4 like previous days has been smooth sailing. I feel energised and very alert when previously I’d felt sluggish and tired all the time.
I know it’s only been four days but my jeans is loose at the waist and my jacket fit a little better which is great to see. I’m looking forward to day 5 when I can see how much weight I’ve lost.
The diet has fitted around my work and home life quite easily which is great – smoothies are prepared with little amount of fuss and I’ve started to experiment with ingredients.
Today, I made substitutions to the smoothie ingredients but I stuck to the basic rules of making a smoothie which is a liquid base – protein-healthy fat-high fibre carbohydrate. I substituted vanilla protein powder for soya protein in the red smoothie.
Day 4 meals:
Breakfast: Apple pie smoothie
Lunch: Red smoothie
Dinner: Green smoothie
Snack 1 & 2: 4 crispbreads and peanut
Activity: 7,000 steps; 10 mins kettlebells , 10mins zumba dance.
