Body Reset Diaries: Day 7

Day 7 of Body Reset Diet:

Not a lot happened today, it was work, work and more work but there was a lot of going to meetings around London so I did get some exercise in, and I did my usual 20 minute kettlebells workout.

I’m very pleased with how I’ve adapted quite easily and fitted this body reset diet around my life. I think it’s been quite good in helping me think about things I eat.

This second phase of the diet is based on two smoothies and a meal and I’m making good choices and rotating smoothie recipes so it’s not all about the sweet stuff like bananas and grapes smoothies, in fact I prefer berry and spinach based smoothies because I like the thought of consuming more nutrients.

Solid meals of my choice for this second phase are all egg based because I like eggs, they are rich in protein, not too heavy in calories and that’s a conscious decision.

Before I started this review I already ate a lot of egg stir-fries and I’m sticking to that but have obviously eliminated the bad carbs such as white rice and pasta.

Day 7 Meals:

Breakfast: Pear Spice Smoothie (300 Kcal)

Peer, Banana, Protein powder, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cinnamon.

Lunch: Sweet Spinach Smoothie (315 Kcal)

Spinach, Apple, Grapes, Avocado, Greek yoghurt, Lime juice

Dinner: Scrambled eggs stir fry with chilli sauce

Activity: 7,000 steps and 20 minute kettlebells workout.
