October 19th was Global Parmigiano Reggiano Night – yes, a night celebrating Parmigiano Reggiano all over the world. So I went along to Foodat52 to celebrate all things Parmigiano Reggiano.
In this instance, it was a cooking class led by renowned chef Bridget Colvin followed by a delicious dinner all cooked with Parmigiano Reggiano.
It was a great evening to sit and interact with other foodies, learn new recipes and just enjoy good food and wine of course.
