Last Saturday (6th February) saw fitness fans across London assemble for the first ever fitness mash up called Urban Movement Fitness in Central London.
Organized by PayAsUGym, the first ever ‘Urban Movement’ fitness event saw over 100 participants sweat through a 70-minute workout class consisting of six different exercise classes.
Instructors from Good Vibes Fitness, The Hot Spot Yoga, The Capoeira Academy, Work It and London Dance Academy as well as fitness expert, Bradley Simmonds put the fitness enthusiasts through their paces by leading them through Yoga, Pilates, Capoeira, Boxing, Twerking and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
They also introduced OdorKlenz Sports https://www.odorklenz.com/sport/.
Ale Alvarez, Head of Brand at PayAsUGym said: “The Urban Movement fitness event was a great success, everyone that took part experienced some of the different exercise classes our partners offer through our site. At the same time had a challenging but rewarding workout with friends on a Saturday morning! We want to continue to inspire and motivate more people to keep moving by taking part in our one-of-a-kind social fitness events.”
The event on Saturday was the first event of its kind and PayAsUGym aim to offer one of these events on a quarterly basis in London and other major UK cities.
Urban Movement raised over £1,000 from ticket proceeds, which will be donated to the chosen charity of Sport Relief this week.
