This week, I’ve been trying out the Homedics MySpa Facial Cleansing Brush. I know the Facial Cleansing Brush has been around for a few years now but it’s my first time using one so I’m super excited.
It’s super easy to set up and use. The box comes with one removable brush head, a set of AA batteries to get you started, the base or stand and a ‘how to use manual.
All that’s needed to get me on the way to a soft, clean and exfoliated skin everyday is my normal cleanser which I have a few of at the moment. But for the face cleanser to be effective, I’ve chosen DHC’s Face Wash because it has an amazing foam power. I do wonder though how this Homedics MySpa Facial Cleansing Brush will work with an oil cleanser like Simple’s Kind to Skin Hydration Oil Cleanser.
Anyway, this Homedics MySpa Facial Cleansing Brush is waterproof so it can be used in the bath or shower. It comes with one brush head which is exfoliates to remove dead skin but is also gentle enough to be used everyday.
It also vibrates so once I’ve applied the cleanser to my face, I had to move it around to get every inch of my face. The result is a clean face devoid of make up so it gets the job done.
One other thing I love about the Homedics MySpa Facial Cleansing Brush is the base it comes with. It makes it a sleek new addition to the bathroom without cluttering it.
Although I have to say, I’ll love it even more if the exfoliation brush head moved in circular motions rather than just vibrate but I guess as long as the end results is a clean skin, then job done. It definitely gets a 3.0 out of 5 from me. It’s effective and now, part of my cleansing routine.
The Homedics MySpa Facial Cleansing Brush is available at Argos for £35
