Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:

½ pot Perfectly Pickables Pea and Mint
2 apples, cored
100ml milk
6 tbsp plain yoghurt
1tsp-1tbsp honey


  • Place all ingredients into the blender except the honey. Blitz until smooth.
  • Add honey to taste, blending to combine thoroughly.
