When it comes to my nails, it goes through cycles – it’s strong, healthy and growing beautifully for a while – generally when I’m taking supplements which I must admit I’m not consistent with. And then, they become weak, brittle and break very easily when I stop taking supplements so I resort to nail extensions which makes the nails even worse and the cycle goes on. But I’m looking to put a stop to all that, and I reckon that starts with consistency, and tackling the issue from the inside with beauty supplements.
I’ve committed to taking Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails beauty supplements for 10 days to kickstart the process. It’s a one-a-day liquid supplement containing Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, Biotin, Resveratrol and 5 other active ingredients, so I can treat my skin and nails, as well as hair from the inside.
The main ingredients in this beauty supplement include 7000mg Marine Collagen, a natural protein and a key building block of the skin; Hyaluronic Acid, often known as nature’s moisturiser, Biotin which contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair and Resveratrol, a key beauty ingredient extracted from grapes.
I’m not used to taking liquid beauty supplements, I usually go with tablets but I must admit, this Liquid Health Skin isn’t bad at all. The taste is palatable, and according to research, liquid supplements are more powerful, and more effective, with faster absorption, higher optimisation and more easily digestible.
I’m five days into this 10 day course so there’s not been much progress to report but I will be posting updates on my Instagram page on day 10 and beyond.
Have you tried Liquid Health beauty supplements? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
