5-11 October sees the return of London Cocktail Week, a celebration of the craft of the cocktail.
The week-long event has moved to a bigger hub in the heart of Soho (51 Poland Street, W1F 7LZ), as well as taken up residency in Old Spitalfields Market.

Now in its 6th year, London Cocktail Week, will be transforming the 1200 square metre Old Spitalfields Market into a huge cocktail village in expectation of the record numbers the event attracts.

Opened daily till 9.30pm, the cocktail village will be home to over 30 unique pop-up bars, trucks, vans, even bicycles and a central bar hosted by the award-winning Mr Lyan.

Alongside The London Cocktail Week Village, there are also 275 bars across the city, each serving £5 cocktails to those wearing London Cocktail Week wristbands.

At the heart of the West End, festival-goers will also discover a world of mixology and exquisite spirits at the stylish World Class London Cocktail Week Hub.

The luxury pop-up will host bespoke drinking experiences in a multi room hub, curated to celebrate the craft of the cocktail.

Some of the highlights of the event include:

Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands and Patrón Tequila’s 24 Hour Bar Build, which sees the world’s best bartenders fight for the title of the city’s The World’s Best.
Some of the most prestigious bars from New York, Paris, Singapore and London will be united under one roof for the first time to compete in 24hr Bar Build. The four city teams will be tasked with developing a cutting-edge new cocktail bar concept.

Another is the Art of Blending with Chivas Regal; drop in blending sessions where participants can leave with their own special blend; and the World’s 50 Best Bars awards ceremony which takes place on Thursday 8th October, among others.

London Cocktail Week wristbands cost £10 and are available now at LondonCocktailWeek.com.
