Review: Nature’s Path Nice and Nobbly Gluten Free Granola

Starting the day right:

NATURES PATH_NICE AND NOBBLY GRANOLA_ feature rs

I have been drinking white smoothies for breakfast ever since I tried the Body Reset Diet but a few weeks ago I decided to try something new; Nice & Nobbly gluten free granola from Nature’s Path.

I took to it like a duck to water because it was just so simple to make. All that is needed is a bowl, spoon and milk. The granola is infused with fruits, seeds and spices like cinnamon which gives it a natural sweetness so there’s no need for sugar. Pour in a bowl, add milk and you are ready to go.

Nice & Nobbly gluten free granola comes in two flavours, a mix of pumpkin seeds, almonds and raisins with a dash of cinnamon and a combination of raspberries, strawberries and blueberries with some yoghurt chunks.

Simplicity aside, Nice & Nobbly granola is gluten free which means no bloating, it is great for Coeliacs – in fact it has been endorsed by Coeliac UK and it is full of fibre which means it’ll keep you full for at least 4-5 hours. Historically, I’m not a breakfast person but between this Nice and Nobbly Granola and smoothies from the Body Rest Diet, there’s no better way to start the day.

If you are looking to revamp your breakfast in a healthy way, I’ll recommend Nature’s Path Nice & Nobbly gluten free granola.

Have you tried Nice and Nobbly Granola?
