As a child of the 80’s, I don’t know much about Soul Singer Solomon Burke, though I have heard some of his songs; it is sad to hear he died today on a plane from Los Angeles after landing at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
The Grammy winner and member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was due to perform at a club in Amsterdam on Tuesday. Since his death happened just 2hours ago we’re still fuzzy on the details especially the cause of death, I’m sure more details will emerge in the coming hours…. R.I.P Solomon Burke.
