Cruz Sisters Design Handbags for Loewe

Penelope Cruz and Sister design Handbags:

Penelope Cruz and her sister Monica have created an extensive range of handbags for Spanish luxury goods label, Loewe.
The collection includes purses, wallets, and cross-body bags with outside pockets (in a variety of colours) made especially for the busy working woman.

“We wanted to do something special but also practical and we wanted the design to have an unmistakable Spanish element,” Penelope Cruz told WWD.

This is not the first design venture that the Cruz sisters have undertaken; they previously created a capsule collection for Mango, have designed bags for Japanese label Samantha Thavasa, and are soon scheduled to unveil a lingerie line for Agent Provocateur.

The new handbag collection for Loewe by Penelope and Monica Cruz will hit stores in Novermber.
