Winter can be fun, the cold, snow, the decorations but the wonder and magic of it all wears of as we get to the end of January and I must admit I can’t wait for it to be over and spring can’t come soon enough.
Of course that’s wishful thinking but to endure the cold days and nights, I always try to look ahead to warmer weather and that’s what I like about Iceland’s new summer range. It’s colourful, tasty and warm, and we don’t have to wait too long for it; it’ll be in stores in the middle of February.
Street food has been a huge trend the past couple of years and that is set to continue in 2018 with Indian and Mexican cuisines leading the way, thankfully there’s no need to go out searching for a food truck because Iceland is bringing it straight to our homes. Say hello to the Iceland Mumbai Street Co range.
Made up of 16 dishes, the new Iceland street food range offers authentic, freshly – made meat and vegetarian dishes that are all frozen to lock in the flavours.
