Make up Revolution celebrated its second birthday with a party at Café de Paris London to say thank you to global partners and beauty writers for their support.
The event which was in two parts started with a day time drop – in session for press and media bloggers to preview new Make up Revolution products- Fortune Favours the Brave Eyeshadow palette and Chocolate Vice palette which will be in stores soon.
The second part of the event was a cocktail reception where the brand made several announcements starting with the new Makeup Revolution app which will give fans insider information, sneak peek and previews of upcoming products.
The brand also announced its new collaboration with British vlogger Beauty’s Big Sister aka Daisie Smith on the ‘The Fortune Favours the Brave palette.
This was followed by the unveiling of the #IAMFREEDOM competition which will see 30 entrants compete through 3 rounds to earn themselves a place in the live final in September with celebrity judges. The winner will take home a £10,000 prize, a year’s supply of Freedom products and a one year partnership deal with the brand, while four runner ups will take home £1,000 each.
After the announcements, the real party started with sounds from celebrity DJ Scott Mills.
