Ingredients
- 140g Buffalo Blue cheese
- 2 pears, thinly sliced
- 2 puff pastry sheets, chilled
- 18 walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 jar of fig & honey chutney (195g)
- 1 egg, beaten
