Kelly Osbourne is new ‘Material Girl’.

Looks like Gossip girl Taylor Momsen is no longer the face of Madonna and daughter Lourdes’ fashion line, Material Girl.
A spokesperson for the line confirmed that 26-year-old reality TV star Kelly Osbourne has taken over from 17-year-old Taylor Momsen as the face of ‘Material Girl’ for 2011.
