L’OCCITANE Verbena Collection

L’OCCITANE recently announced new permanent additions to their limited edition Verbena collections. A decision made by popular demand and I can totally believe that. The Verbena collection has always been one of my favourites and is popular because of its refreshing scents and cooling effect during summer months.

Last month, L’OCCITANE introduced Mint Verbena as a permanent addition, as well as new Citrus Verbena, Classic Verbena, and Cactus Verbena limited editions that play with cooling, sorbet-like textures, and a hand cream inspired by toothpaste technology.

All collections are rooted in 100% organic Verbena, produced in Provence – a natural green oasis, sheltered between the mountains and protected by the Natura 2000 European label. The Verbena produced there has no pesticides or fertilisers.

Mint Verbena

Now a permanent addition, the Mint Verbena collection is powered by the fresh notes of citrus and mint. It comes in a Verbena Eau de Toilette, Mint Verbena Exfoliating Shower Gel, Mint Verbena Body Ice Gel, and Mint Verbena Hand Cream Gel.

Citrus Verbena

This collection adds lemon and grapefruit extract for a real cocktail of energy that combines the freshness of verbena with the vitality of citrus fruit. It comes in Citrus Verbena Eau de Toilette, Citrus Verbena Granita Scrub, Citrus Verbena Swirl Hand Cream, and Citrus Verbena Refreshing Mist.

Classic Verbena

This is a classic verbena range made with organic verbena from Provence. It’s available in Verbena Eau de Toilette, Verbena Swirl Hand Cream, and Verbena Icy Body Gel.

Cactus Verbena

This is a unique mix of verbena and cactus to hydrate and provide sun protection. The cactus delivers great hydrating properties thanks to its high content of water-binding compounds, which makes it the perfect ingredient for an after-sun product. It’s available in this Cactus Verbena After Sun Care which contains verbena extract and soothing cactus extracts, combined with the freshness of lemon and cactus accord.

All four collections are refreshing and uplifting, making them perfect for summer. The scents and textures evoke thoughts of sipping lemonade in an infinity pool, overlooking the beautiful Provençal landscape whenever applied and is available on the L’OCCITANE website now.
