Marc Jacobs has been named the new creative director of Diet Coke for one year, as the drink brand celebrates its 30th anniversary.
The collaboration will see Jacobs give the brand a “stylish and light-hearted” makeover. He’ll also design a limited edition run of bottles and cans as previously done by Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier.
Speaking of the collaboration, Jacobs said:
“I feel very privileged to be the new creative director of Diet Coke and put my stamp on the 30th anniversary campaign. Diet Coke is an icon – and I love an icon.”
