I’ve had my eye on Simple’s Protect ‘N’ Glow range since it launched because it promises to solve some of the skin issues I’ve been talking about recently like sun protection, blue light protection from devices, and skin pollution from the environment.
My first product to try in the range is this Simple Protect ‘n’ Glow Radiance booster SPF 30 because I perk up about any moisturiser or oil that’s already infused with SPF. Like most people, I sometimes forget to apply SPF so this eliminates that problem and I’ve never been a big fan of too many products layering, it sometimes feels like I’m contributing to the clogging of my pores so the more multi-purpose a product is in a skincare routine, the better, in my opinion.
Back to this Simple Protect ‘n’ Glow Booster SPF 30; it’s a lightweight liquid moisturiser which offers triple protection against UVA & UBV lights, pollution, and blue light. Main ingredients include Organic ginger root extract to brighten skin and act as an anti-oxidant, Algae oil to fight free radicals, and Vitamin E which is hydrating to skin. It’s also very gentle, so it’s free from artificial colour and perfume, and has no harsh chemicals that can upset your skin.
This oil is light in texture, absorbs easily, and has no greasy residue which is hitting the trifecta of facial oils. It slides easily into any skincare routine as the final step – combining SPF and facial oil application. It’s also easy to apply, even the nozzle shaped tip allows you to apply just the right amount directly to your skin so there’s no waste.
