
It’s been a while since I posted a recipe so buckle up, I have a great one for you.
Quaker oats recently joined forces with Ella Woodward of Deliciously Ella fame to come up with three new overnight oats recipes that are not just delicious, they’re also easy to make and super healthy. And I was one of the lucky few given the chance to try the recipes, and let me tell you, you’re in for a treat!
There’s a reason why overnight oats are such a hot foodie trend right now and you’re about to find out why. Enjoy x
Ingredients
50g of Oats
1tsp vanilla powder
160 mL coconut milk
3 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoon coconut yogurt
A handful of coconut chips and berries to sprinkle on top

Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a jar, add air tight lids and store the jar in the fridge overnight.
- Add toppings in the morning and enjoy.
