I know, I know, my Christmas beauty gift guide is a little late but worry not beauty addicts, it’s finally here! Plus I’ve been giving sneak peeks on Instagram so my followers should have an inkling of what’s coming, but I still have a few surprises up my sleeve. As usual in the world of beauty, there are so many gifts this time of year, it can get confusing so this Christmas beauty gift guide should help. I’ve picked the gifts I’ve tried, from brands that I love and they are very affordable so let’s begin …
First on my list is this No.7 Glamorous Nude Eye Palette.
Appropriate name right? Because this Nude Eye Palette is glamorous indeed and at £14 it’s very affordable. I think this year, No. 7 have outdone themselves with the Christmas collection, from the packaging to the palette designs, the entire range is enough to drive a beauty addict crazy.
This No.7 Glamorous Nude Eye Palette contains 8 No7 nude eye shadow shades to highlight, enhance and define eyes. It’s perfect for a subtle barely there look, or a dramatic smokey eye and everything in between. Comes complete with double ended applicator.
How cute is this Shower Delights from Sanctuary? It contains some of my favourite products from Sanctuary – body wash, body scrub, wet skin body lotion and body puff.
For £8.50, this will make a perfect gift for a person who loves long baths and pampering themselves. An added bonus is, you don’t need to wrap it, as the packaging is perfect.
Next on my list is from one of my favourite brands Crabtree & Evelyn. I swear by their hand creams and they always come up with an amazing Christmas collection, 2017 is no different. There’s always so much to choose from and being greedy. I chose two. I love their Gardeners range so I picked the Gardeners Soothing Treats, which is a tin containing Gardeners Exfoliating Soap, Gardeners Hand Therapy enriched with shea butter and the Gardeners All-Purpose Balm. It’s the perfect trio for super soft hands.
My second pick from Crabtree & Evelyn is this Festive Bauble with Handmade Cranberry & Clementine Fudge. It’s not a beauty product but who doesn’t love fudge this time of year? This together with the Gardeners Soothing Treats makes the perfect Christmas gift for someone special who appreciates the finer things in life.
Another brand that I’ve been in love with and have been using a lot this year is KORRES. This year, the Greek skincare company have gift sets made up of customer favourites called the ‘King of KORRES’. This one is made up of the brand’s bestselling shower gels.
The set contains 250ml of the Fig, Santorini Vine and Japanese Rose Shower Gels, a perfect gift for anyone who loves long and pampering baths.
Another pick from KORRES is this KORRES Oh Little Stars Gift Set. It’s a Limited edition mini shower gel and body milk set containing a deliciously scented quartet of KORRES most popular and best-selling scents in miniature sizes. It’s the perfect stocking filler!
The set contains Basil Lemon and Japanese Rose moisturising shower gels, ideal for everyday use. As well as the Basil Lemon and Japanese Rose 40ml moisturising body milks.
Another fantastic beauty pick is this Butter London Little Gems Collection Nail Gilded Lacquer. It’s a fun little gift of made up of a six-piece set of nail varnishes for the perfect festive manicure.
Its packaging is cute too, a limited edition ‘Radically Royal’ gift packaging to celebrate British heritage and regal glamour.
The set contains 6 x Trend Lacquer Nail Varnish Petite in Smart (pink crème), Regalia (rose gold), Say Yes (nude crème), Adventure Awaits (champagne with multi-colour glitter), Full Steam Ahead (grey crème) and Diamond Geezer (metallic silver).
Every year, I do a fragrance gift guide, but not this year as there are so many fragrances out there and it’s always the same brands. I however have to mention these giftsets from boutique perfumery, Shay and Blue.
I’m new to the brand but I love everything I’ve experienced so far. The packaging is adorable and drew me in almost immediately because blue is my favourite colour. And then there is the actual products – fragrance, hand creams and shower oils.
Fragrances from Shay and Blue are fresh, floral and natural. The most recent addition, Black Tulip is to-die-for with snowdrops, cyclamen, black tulip and plums. It’s very highly recommended and will make a great gift for that special someone.
This Makeup Revolution Amplified 35 Eyeshadow Palette Naked Golds is one of my favourites this year, especially the eyeshadow palette. It contains 35 stunning shimmer shades ranging from gold to taupe to cranberry to olive, shades to suit all skin tones.
The kit also contains the Makeup Revolution our Focus & Fix eye primer to extend eye makeup wear as well as intensify finish, and the Pro HD Eye brush, and Pro HD Flat eye brush. It’s the perfect gift for a makeup addict this time of year.
Another awesome pick from Makeup Revolution is this Makeup Revolution 12 Days of Christmas 2017. It is huge and contains the best of Makeup Revolution, everything for the face, eyes and lips, encased in a gorgeous black box with rose gold design which will make a great makeup storage.
Think of this Beauty Kitchen Seahorse Plankton #SaveStan Skincare Treasures as a DIY beauty gift for the person who likes to know what goes into their skincare. The tin comes with instructions on how to make a skin mask and face oil using the ingredients provided. Each product in the Skincare Treasures is 100% natural ingredients. The tin also contains £10 worth of vouchers to spend at Holland & Barrett!
Moving on to this MisssGuided Nude Goal Digger Face Palette. I’m new to this palette but I like what I see and it’ll make a great Christmas beeauty gift for someone who is fairly new to makeup. The face palette contains neutral tones featuring 1 x matte lip colour, 1 x bronzing powder, 1 x highlighting powder and 5 different shades of eye shadows.
Next on my Christmas beauty list is this NYX Professional Makeup – ‘In Your Element – Wind’ eyeshadow palette. Inspired by the elements, the shades in this palette are silky and so pigmented, it begs to be used. The shades range from bright sky blue to deep and stormy gray, it’s just gorgeous!
From accessories to makeup, Skinny Dip are doing amazing things. I especially love this There She Glows Eye Palette made up of Metallic and matte shades. It’s all you need for beatifying your day and night looks.
This Champneys Wake Me Up – Two Minute Wonders isn’t just cute, it’s also the perfect stocking filler. It contains a Citrus Blush Enlivening Shower Gel and Citrus Blush Enlivening Body Lotion, both in 50ml. It smells amazing and makes an awesome pampering gift that won’t break the bank.
So this is the end of my Christmas beauty gift guide for now but I’ll be adding more as I discover more awesome gifts leading up to Christmas.
Happy shopping xoxo
