Day 13 of Body Reset Diet:
Today was about getting back in control and on track. Although my nuts binge hadn’t caused any serious damage to the diet as a whole, I’d finished it and I was back to following phase three in the strictest sense.
I stuck to two smoothies and a meal as recommended with no deviations, although I did skip the snacks in between because I just didn’t need them.
I didn’t feel hungry between meals or felt the need to munch on anything which says a lot for the smoothies in this diet – they are thick and filling, and I believe once you get used to it, snacking becomes redundant although it’s nice to know I have that option available should I ever feel hungry.
Day 13 Meals:
Breakfast: Apple pie smoothie (5 Almonds, 1 red apple, 1 small banana, 6oz Greek yoghurt, 125ml skimmed milk, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
Lunch: Sweet spinach smoothie (60g spinach leaves, 1 ripe pear, 15 grapes, 6oz Greek yoghurt, 2 tsps avocado, 1-2 tsps lime juice)

Dinner: Egg and mushroom stirfry
Activity: 10min kettlebell, 10min boxercise, 10min tone
