Day 14 of Body Reset Diet:
My excitement is building, one more day to go for the reset phase of the body reset diet. I’ve already lost 5lb in the first 10 days which is great. I’ve also bulked up a bit in the muscle department thanks to my swinging of 6kg kettlebells at least three times a day.
I did start to wonder if I could have lost more than 5kg as people in the Body Reset diet book testify to have lost 5kg and more but then it occurred to me that muscles tend to weigh more so I might not be doing anything wrong. After all, my clothes fit better, my thighs and arms are toned and muscly and the dreaded stomach bulge is unnoticeable.
I also remind myself it’s only been 14 days and if I keep going, the results are going to get even better. We all have different metabolisms and we all lose weight at a different rate so whatever is working for you, just stick with it.
Day 14 Meals
Breakfast: White Smoothie (5 Almonds, 1 red apple, 1 small banana, 6oz Greek yoghurt, 125ml skimmed milk, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
Lunch: Ruby Red Frostie (125g frozen raspberries, 35g frozen blue berries. ½ orange, 2 tsp protein powder, 1 tsp ground linseed)
Dinner: Egg and kidney bean stirfry (3 eggs, ½ can drained kidney beans, handful frozen vegetables)
Snacks: 4 crispbreads with low fat cheese spread.
