Day 15 of Body Reset Diet:
15 days have passed in a blur, it seemed like just yesterday I decided to give the Body Reset Diet a try after reading the book. I am glad I did because I am a whole stone lighter, my clothes fit better and I feel fitter – those short ten minute exercises seem to be working a treat. (no more niggles and muscle aches)
The question now that the first 15 days is over is can I carry on with this new healthy, metabolism boosting lifestyle or will I slip back into my refined carbs and alcohol filled ways?
The loss of a stone certainly motivates me to carry on applying the principles of the Body Reset Diet – I still want to lose another stone or two. All that is needed is a little discipline and I think once you pass Phase One of the diet, it becomes an easy routine to stick to.
