The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet

One of the first things to feel the effects of a season change is our skin and with autumn officially here, I’ve started to feel the shift.

My skin suddenly feels very dry and the usual light body oil I’ve used all summer just isn’t cutting it anymore. So it is obviously time to make an adjustment in moisturisers and I’ve settled on this Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet by The Body Shop. Why did I choose this this Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet?

Well, with my skin turning flakier by the day, I needed an emergency fix with an immediate impact. Besides, I like everything about it – Vitamin E, soothes and prevents water loss from the skin, and helps it to retain its natural moisture, Aqua Boost means, more moisture for my thirsty skin and it’s so light, it’s absorbs easily and quickly into the skin without any greasy residue.

It also means, my primer and foundation sits comfortably on it without the skin feeling too overloaded or clogged. It’s also mattifying and works on all skin types so what’s not to like?

The Body Shop Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet

I know it’s quite early in autumn and I’ve been using Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet for just a few days but so far I like what I have seen and the effects It’s having on my face is encouraging. In three short days, it’s stopped flakiness in its tracks and dry patches on my forehead and cheeks are slowly getting back to its soft supple self.

The Vitamin E Aqua Boost Sorbet by The Body Shop is definitely worth the try if the new season is taking its toll on your skin. It costs £13 for a 50ml pot and is available at The Body Shop.
