New Beauty Find: DHC Mascara Perfect Pro Double Protection

When it comes to mascaras, I’m a bit touchy. I have extremely sensitive eyes that water at the slightest provocation so I try not to play around my eyes too much with makeup.

I usually go without mascara but I have been on the hunt for a gentle mascara for some time now so imagine my joy when this DHC Mascara Perfect Pro Double Protection landed in my letter box.

It’s had high praise from Emma Watson for being gentle, and I’m a big fan of DHC so I had to try it. Also all DHC skincare products are fragrance-free, paraben-free and suitable for sensitive skin so I was ready to give it go.

Made using Japanese tubing technology, the DHC Mascara Perfect Pro Double Protection comes in tubes that ensure that colour will not run, smudge, clump or flake. Just a single application wraps each individual lash in tiny water-resistant polymer tubes.

For such a gentle mascara, it’s long lasting  and very lengthening. It basically stays on till you’re ready to take it off, as it’s oil and water resistant.

                                 Comes in black only

Removing the mascara couldn’t be simpler as the tubing-technology means there is no need to use make-up remover. Simply splash with plenty of warm water and gently slide the tubes off the lashes.

The the DHC Mascara Perfect Pro Double Protection is priced at £15.90 and is available here
