The Cake and Bake Show – London

It was a busy weekend with Fashion Week and The Cake & Bake Show happening at the same time but I am glad I was able to attend both.

What can I say about the Cake & Bake show? It was fabulous! Got to chat with and have cup(s) of tea with some big names in the baking industry, scored some fabulous recipes which I will be sharing with you in due course and baked goodies I wished I could eat more of than I actually did.

Big brands like Bonne Maman, Betty Crocker, Sainsbury’s, Lakeland etc. had stands and were selling their wares for less than half price.

There were cooking theatres with master classes every hour for those looking to learn how to bake with celebrity & TV chefs, a competition theatre, a cake catwalk and several stands selling amazing baked goods.

This was the second Cake& Bake Show in London and I’m already counting the days till next years’ show. Those of you in Manchester can catch the next Cake& Bake Show April 4th – 6th 2014.
