London Cocktail Week at Reverend J W Simpson:

Last night I attended the history of the Vodka Martini at Reverend J W Simpson on Goodge Street as part of London cocktail week (7-13 Oct).

I wasn’t sure what to expect but it turned out to be an enjoyable evening of lively discussion, martini tasting and in the end, trying my hand at mixing my own mini cocktails with the different edible plants and flowers among other things.

Tonight, you can learn all there is to know about the Bloody Mary and tomorrow is the turn of the Cosmopolitan.

It’s a great night out and something to do with friends if you enjoy cocktails at a cosy venue which I found very much to my taste.
