Day 8 of Body Reset Diet:
Almost done with phase two but I could really use to this , there’s no hunger, I finally have a schedule I can stick to for meals so hopefully my metabolism is in pristine working order.
I also finished all peanuts and will be avoiding them in the supermarket in the near future, hopefully no more falling off the wagon. I also took a rest today – no physical activity at all.
Day 8 Meals:
Breakfast: Strawberry-kiwi Smoothie
Lunch: Stonefruit Smoothie
Dinner:Scrambled eggs stir fry with chilli sauce.
Snack: 4 crispbreads and low fat cheese spread
