Hotel Chocolat Christmas 2019

This year, I’ve found it really difficult picking my favourites out of this years’ Hotel Chocolate Christmas offerings.

From chocolate bars, drinks, and advent calendars, to luxury hampers; it’s a chocolate addict’s dream and nearly impossible to make a choice, which is why I decided to write this post that focuses solely on Hotel Chocolat. The entire Christmas range is extensive and has something for every budget.

Advent Calendars

Starting with their Advent Calendars, you can start the countdown to Christmas with 24 doors filled with bites of milk, dark and white chocolate made up of gooey caramels, smooth pralines, and silky truffles. Advent Calendars start from £12 but the jewel in that crown – the Grand Advent Calendar will set you back £68 and it is well worth it. It contains elegant cocoa-infused tipples, crackers to decorate your tree, a chocolate wreath and more.

Wreath Boxes

One of the products that I think Hotel Chocolat really outdid themselves on this year is this impressive Grand Wreath Box, it’s impossible not to feel festive when presented with this wreath which contains a kilo of chocolate! That’s 84 chocolates, including six Mini Wreaths. It’s priced at £75 but there’s a smaller version at £40 with 40 Christmas chocolates, including one Festive Wreath and two Grand Snowflakes.

Boxed Selections

Another favourite of mine from Hotel Chocolat this year is their Boxed Selections which include chocolates, nuts, spices, cookies, crumbles and many more across their Christmas range. From The Winter Puddings Sleekster, and The Classic Christmas Sleekster, to the Christmas Luxe –Classic, picking just one may be difficult but you’re in luck, with prices ranging from £12 up, you can choose more than one.  

Christmas Hampers

Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without festive hampers and Hotel Chocolat went big with their hampers. It contains the best of their offerings.

The Velvetiser

Although not festive themed, I’ll argue that this Velvetiser is one of the best products to gift from Hotel Chocolat. It allows the user to enjoy the perfect hot chocolate over and over again. As they describe it, the Velvetiser is a simple-to-use kitchen-countertop system. The Velvetiser delivers café-quality hot chocolate at home with zero waste, zero fuss and zero mess. This Christmas, the Velvetiser comes complete with a selection of chocolates including indulgent maple and real toasted pecans, zesty Blood Orange, fiery Ginger, cooling Mint and more; as well as instructions to create the perfect hot chocolate. It’s definitely a gift that will keep you in the user’s thoughts every time they take a sip.
