October 19th was Global Parmigiano Reggiano Night – yes, a night celebrating Parmigiano Reggiano all over the world. So I went along to Foodat52 to celebrate all things Parmigiano Reggiano.
In this instance, it was a cooking class led by renowned chef Bridget Colvin followed by a delicious dinner all cooked with Parmigiano Reggiano.
It was a great evening to sit and interact with other foodies, learn new recipes and just enjoy good food and wine of course. I’ll share the amazing recipes with you in the weeks leading up to Christmas but in the meantime, here’s a peak of what happened on Global Parmigiano Reggiano night in London.
