I was Grand Designs Live last weekend. The show which was on from 3rd – 11th May 2014 at ExCeL London was celebrating its tenth anniversary and fans of the Channel four program don’t need me to tell them how fabulous it is.
The event had over 500 exhibitors, covering interiors, gardens, food and housewares, kitchens and bathrooms, home improvement, self-build, renovations, technology and shopping.
With the sun out and so many ideas and inspirations on display, it was a fabulous day out. I think I enjoyed the Tech Box the most; Samsung were as impressive as ever with their Curved UHD and I saw a retro fridge I absolutely loved! I also stopped by John Lewis Kitchens where I got acquainted with the impressive John Lewis Induction Hob with automatic function which saves energy and boils water faster than a kettle.
