Body Reset Diaries: Day 11

Day 11 of Body Reset Diet:

I can’t believe how quickly time’s flown by, today is the start of the third and final phase of the Body Reset Diet but I’m afraid it hasn’t started well.

Last night I was at Carpo, a coffee, nuts and chocolate shop and I couldn’t resist coming back with some goodies which is not surprising having already touched on my weakness for nuts.

So far I’ve been able to resist the chocolate but not the nuts. I had unsalted cashew nuts for breakfast and lunch, and even though I made a plum smoothie, I didn’t have it till dinner time thanks to my obsessive grazing on unsalted cashews, salted Himalyan nuts and shelled pistachios.

I have no idea how many calories I’ve consumed in nuts today which is worrying and not a good start to phase three.

Day 11 Meals:

Breakfast & Lunch: NUTS

Dinner: Stone fruit smoothie

Peaches, strawberries, linseed, fat-freeGreek yoghurt.

Activity: 20 minutes Kettlebells Workout.
