Recipe of the day is this Fat Free Blackcurrant Yoghurt Ice Lollies by Rachel’s fat free yoghurt. It’s great for kids and fun to make too!

Ingredients

450g Rachel’s Fat Free Blackcurrant Yoghurt

Method

  • Take the yoghurt, mix well in the pot and decant into ice lolly moulds. You may find a measuring jug easier to pour the yoghurt from.
  • To decant the ice lollies, leave them to come to room temperature then carefully prise out of the moulds.

Tip: Experimenting with Rachel’s other fruity yoghurt flavours – there are loads to choose from!
